Knight K. Lomas R. The Masonic Testament. Hiram's Legacy. Series: "Secrets of Ancient Civilizations. Documentary Thriller", 2006 g, 544 p. Solid binding, enlarged format. Knowledge, once acquired by people, does not die even in the most critical periods of their existence, passed down from generation to generation along with myths, legends and ceremonials. After the publication of the sensational book Key Hiram, its authors, Christopher Knight and Robert Lomas, got access to a large number of texts of secret Masonic initiation rituals in the stage of the Craft. Bringing together fragments of the ancient historical knowledge of the "stone brothers", which are related to biblical events and personalities, the authors compiled on their basis the Masonic Testament, an addition to the two canonical covenants. It allows a new look at the text set forth in Scripture, sometimes too confusing and contradictory, and helps to understand the meaning originally laid down in the holy book, distorted by thousands of interpreters and copyists. Based on the Masonic Testament, the authors conducted a large-scale historical study of the origins of world civilization. Having deciphered the ancient knowledge preserved in the oral Masonic tradition, Knight and Lomas were able to understand what drove the Old Testament prophets, Jesus Christ and the Knights Templar, and also why the greatest events of human history occurred with a frequency of 480 years - under the light of the divine Shekinah.
