Draft: these terms are awaiting confirmation by the shop owner.
Protecting your personal data is our priority. In this Privacy Policy, we inform you about what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. Responsible: AntiqSource — Sviatoslav Chystikov, Rue du Signal 5, 1880 Bex, Switzerland. Email: info@knigy.ch
We collect data that you voluntarily provide to us (e.g., when placing orders or contacting us). This includes: name, address, email, phone number, and order details.
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes: • Order processing and delivery • Communication regarding your orders • Payment processing • Improving our services
Your data is not sold to third parties. Transfer is only made to service providers necessary for order fulfillment (delivery service, payment provider), and only to the extent necessary.
Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. When paying by credit card, your payment data is processed directly by Stripe. We do not have access to full card details.
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g., shopping cart, language and currency settings). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
The website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Data is stored on servers in the EU.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us at info@knigy.ch.
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Data transmission is SSL-encrypted.
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as long as legal retention obligations exist.
We send new arrivals and offers by e-mail only (1) if you ticked the separate box at registration or in your profile and confirmed via the link in our e-mail, or (2) to customers — about items similar to those purchased — unless you clicked “Do not send” in the newsletter line at checkout. Registering or accepting the site terms does not by itself subscribe you. For each consent we store the date, the page, the IP address and the exact wording you agreed to — while you are subscribed and for 3 years after unsubscribing, to prove the lawfulness of our e-mails. You can unsubscribe at any time with one link in every e-mail or in your profile; it takes effect immediately. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or your purchase (Art. 13(2) Directive 2002/58/EC, Art. 3(1)(o) Swiss UWG). E-mails are sent on our behalf by Resend (USA).
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
