The release of an art envelope (HK) with a "cachet" pattern (cachet) and postal cancellation, dedicated to the U.S. space achievements, launching into space and installing the working space satellite "MTS" into the near-earth stationary space orbit for monitoring, forecasting, determining, measuring, collecting these physical quantities and parameters. HK is franked with the 1st standard postage stamp and is cancelled by a round calendar post office cancellation stamp in Wallops Island on the day the satellite is put into orbit. HC with a picture-"cache" and calendar cancellation - a real postal document from the site of the event - a NASA-based spaceport in Wallops Island. Condition - EXCELLENT.
