Collectible antique object of religious purpose (devotional) of the mid-twentieth century. Made in Germany by the famous company Fr. Welty (Augsburg), as evidenced by the original branded metal plate on the rear panel with laser engraving and protective patents from 18.12.1953. Plot and design: Wooden base (oak) with the central figure of the Mother of God with the Baby, arches with the image of angels-musicians with instruments and a Gothic back with the symbolism of Christ (Christus ist unser Friede). In the lower part there is an overhead plaque with an inscription in German ("Mutter des Welt-Heilandes, bitte für uns bei deinem Sohn"). Condition: Visually good vintage condition, all metal elements of the target, the structure of the tree is strong. Nuance: The mechanism of the music box does not work at the moment (requires inspection and adjustment by the watchmaker / restoration of the plant). The key is present. An excellent example for collectors of European antiques, church paraphernalia or restorers of vintage mechanisms.
