Offered for sale luxury item collectible European antiques - an ancient metal pot (vazone, candy) of the famous German manufactory WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik). The subject was made in the cult style of Jugendstil (German Art Nouveau) between 1910 and 1925. Unlike most of the standard silverware of this stamp, this copy is a luxury, much rarer version with the original factory gilding (Vermey). The chestnut walls are decorated with three fine oval medallions with a deep minted (stamped) vegetable-fruit ornament (pictures of pumpkin/apple fruit, berries, and leaves) which are separated by vertical rows of "namistin". Condition: Beautiful vintage state with incredible charm of the era! Due to the natural careful cleaning of the object for a century, the matte silver layer of the lining is best preserved on the bottom, and on the walls and embossed fruits - native noble gilding. There are no cracks, deep dents or restorations. The original glass insert is not preserved, which is taken into account in the price (you can easily pick up a glass flask by size). Exact physical parameters: Diameter: 9.9 cm Height: 7,7 cm Weight: 180 grams This item will become a real pearl of the collection of European modernity or an exquisite element of decor for the interior. It is also a great option for a valuable and status gift.
