The sign of the USSR, which was issued to public inspectors of the Dynamo Society. This is essentially a service badge of the public inspector Dynamo of the Ukrainian SSR. Such badges were not sold in Soyuzprint kiosks, so their value among collectors is considered quite high. This sign is original, without restoration and changes. The state of preservation is good, although of course it has some traces of time and use, but they do not affect the collectible value. The real state is reflected in the photo.
