The name of Yuri Kulchytsky is shrouded in riddles, ambiguities and even legends. What really was the rescuer of Vienna? What kind of tribe did the one who saved the great European capital from the Turkish invasion come from?. Still young, due to a conflict with the Polish nobleman, Yuriy is forced to flee from his native Kulchytsy to Zaporizhzhya Sich, where he meets with the Cossack Otaman-character Ivan Sirk and performs his assignments. A scout, a warrior, a smuggler, a spy, but above all - a Cossack. This is what Yuri Kulchytsky, who saved Vienna from the Turks and was the first in those parts to start brewing coffee, appears in a new novel by the young writer Yaroslav Yarish, author of the books Confession from That World and Judgment Day.
