Antique book Tsarskoye Selo Vilchakivsky 1911 edition. The book is in soft cardboard binding. The root is in poor condition. The block breaks into notebooks. Pages are in good condition. From the Creator: More than eighty years ago, the History of Tsarsky Selo was written by Yakovkin, this book became a bibliographic rarity, and no other work dedicated specifically to the description of Tsarsky Selo appeared until this year, when the luxurious edition of Benois was published. Since the time of Yakovkin, much has changed in Tsarskoye Selo, much has disappeared without a trace. The present book, Tsarskoye Selo of 1911 edition cannot fill the gap about which the long-term chief of Tsarskoye Selo, General Zakharzhevsky, who dreamed of a detailed historical description of the palaces, parks and the former life of Tsarskoye Selo, was sad 50 years ago, but maybe this very imperfect work will not be lost for nothing, I want to believe that there will be people who will read it without boredom and interest in the vast history of the history. Publishing this book, the compiler can not but bring warm gratitude to people, without the difficulty and responsiveness of which this modest work could not appear. The compiler was happy to use the instructions of Academician Radlov, Professor Grot, Privatdocent Ivanov, Shcheglov, Vlasiev, Baron Wrangel, Benois. Petersburg.
